In 2010, Chanese Associates changed their name to New Jersey Realty Advisory Group, LLC to better describe our mission, which is to provided quality commercial real estate valuations to our clients. Our client based consists of  Government Agencies such as GSA, Army Corps of Engineers,  State of New Jersey, School Construction,  Middlesex County and various municipal governments. 

We also provide appraisal services to Commercial and Residential Lenders, Attorneys, Investors and Private Individuals.
